Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are clearly communicated and agreed upon before the service is rendered. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment channels.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

4. Digital Reports

Once a digital report has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued for the report portion of the service, as digital products are considered delivered upon transmission.

5. Exceptions

In cases of technical failure on our part resulting in non-delivery of services, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided at the client's preference.
